Michelin-starred Chef Adam Handling MBE has launched a new player in the premium caviar market, named Ahrelia Caviar, and it’s set to redefine how consumers approach one of the world’s most luxurious ingredients, at unrivalled prices.
Stemmed from a ‘more is more’ philosophy, the Ahrelia range delivers exceptional quality at remarkable prices, making luxury not just aspirational but practical. The beautifully designed tins will hold delicate, unpasteurised pearls of: Royal Baerii Caviar, Oscietra Caviar, Imperial Caviar, Imperial Gold Caviar, Beluga Caviar, Kaluga Caviar and Trout Roe. Each has been carefully selected for its distinct character, texture, purity and flavour profile.
To ensure the highest quality and best flavours possible, the minimum maturation of Ahrelia’s sturgeon species is 6 years (Baerii), and the maximum is between 15 (Kaluga) and 20 years (Beluga).
