With spring around the corner, the Mediterranean is preparing for a new season of luxury escapes. A Four-Day Celestial Celebration at Jumeirah Mallorca – Opening 14th March

Jumeirah Mallorca reopens for the summer season on 14th March, welcoming guests back to its iconic clifftop setting above Port de Sóller. Poised between the UNESCO-listed Serra de Tramuntana and the shimmering Mediterranean Sea, the hotel returns with culture-rich programming that connects guests to Mallorca’s natural landscapes, including a four-day celestial celebration (10th – 14th August), centred around the rare total solar eclipse on 12th August. In collaboration with the island’s Astronomy Institute, guests can enjoy expert-led insights into the science and spectacle of the eclipse through advanced solar telescopes, while eclipse night will feature a lunar-inspired cocktail reception 100 meters above sea level, alongside live entertainment, gastronomy and expert commentary. Tailored experiences within the package also include private yacht journeys along Mallorca’s north-western coast, gastronomy set within ancient olive groves, and restorative wellness rituals designed to ground and reconnect.

A Grecian Getaway at Magma Resort Santorini – Opening 1 May

Positioned on Santorini’s secluded north-eastern coast in the village of Vourvoulos, Magma Resort Santorini – The Unbound Collection by Hyatt offers an idyllic hideaway for guests, surrounded by an enchanting setting of lava-made slopes, volcanic vineyards, and endless Aegean Sea views. A Discreet Escape at Yazz Collective, Fethiye – Opening 14 May

Set within a private bay in Fethiye, Turkey, Yazz Collective will reopen on 14 May for its fourth season, unveiling new activities and dining concepts that reinforce its position as one of the Mediterranean’s hottest, yet most discreet, destinations. A tranquil retreat during the week that turns up the volume at weekends, the resort boasts an unrivalled location and is accessible only by sea. Designed to appeal to both the international yacht set and cool creatives, Yazz Collective provides the perfect setting to gather with friends, reconnect with family and create long-lasting memories. Gastronomy remains at its heart, with a new programme of chef pop-ups and intimate chef’s tables set in unexpected corners of the verdant landscape. Elevated Island Living in Ibiza, Spain – Opening from April

This April, Ibiza Gran Hotel will open its doors for a new season of culinary, cultural and coastal indulgence. Perched along the iconic marina and overlooking the Mediterranean, the retreat is a paean to elevated island living, with its art-filled suites, world-class gastronomy, and immersive wellness rituals. Guests can also enjoy a wide range of bespoke experiences, from private art tours to vineyard excursions and yacht charters. The Return of the Eroica Bike Ride in Istria, Croatia – Starting in May 2026

In spring, Istria reveals a quieter, more authentic side of Croatia’s heart-shaped peninsula, free from peak-season crowds. From March to May, mild weather and blossoming landscapes create ideal conditions for exploring coastal towns like Rovinj and hilltop villages like Motovun; and the countryside invites hiking, scenic walks and cycling. A New Era of Athenian Hospitality at Conrad Athens, The Ilisian – Opening Spring 2026

New this Spring, Conrad Athens, The Ilisian marks a new era for Athenian hospitality with its contemporary expression of understated elegance. The hotel will offer 307 guest rooms and suites, as well as nine distinctive dining and entertainment concepts, including a new poolside Japanese restaurant, Onuki. With sweeping views of the Acropolis, guests and residents will have access to exceptional facilities including the largest pool landscape in central Athens, extensive wellness offerings, and an urban rooftop garden complete with outdoor sports, including its own rooftop running track. 

Reconnect at Soulsetters, Turkey – Opening in April and May

Soulsetters is a boutique hospitality collection offering distinctive ways to experience the coast of Southwest Turkey. Re-opening this May, guests at adults-only Perdue (above right) stay in safari‑style tents nestled amongst fragrant olive groves and citrus trees. Peppering the shoreline, they offer unobstructed sea views alongside all the comforts of a luxury hotel. Stays here include sessions with Perdue’s resident Astronomer to build out a bespoke itinerary inspired by guests’ star charts. Nature-led sanctuary Nautical (above left) will open again from April and comprises a selection of luxury stone lodges along the Lycian Way. Guests here are invited to explore the region through guided hikes, water-based adventures and restorative wellness rituals. Completing the collection, family-friendly Blue Voyage offers two bespoke yacht charters – Perdue Yacht and Le Rouge – allowing guests to explore hidden coves and turquoise bays aboard luxury vessels.
