Manu Martin is heading to London with four of his MM Academy coaches for three days of exclusive padel masterclasses in July thanks to a partnership with Padel Travel X.
Martin, who has also coached current men’s world No 1 pairing Arturo Coello and Agustin Tapia plus current women’s No 1 Gemma Triay and former No 1 Alejandra Salazar, will share his expertise at Padel Hub (North London) on July 14, Racketeer (Acton) on July 15 and Rocket Padel Battersea on July 16.
Amateur players will get to train on-court with Martin and his team and experience a high-performance training methodology used in the development of professional padel players. Coached in small groups, each day will feature five two-hour sessions, designed to deliver an intensive and immersive training experience.
Sessions will include 90 minutes of on-court coaching followed by a 30-minute Americano-style tournament, where players will receive real-time tactical feedback and coaching insights. The sessions will cater for players from improvers to advanced.
Martin said: “This is a unique opportunity to learn the MM Academy methodology. Training with me on court in small group sessions.
“This is not just a clinic. It’s a glimpse into the system behind professional padel training.”
Martin will be the second high-profile international padel star to host a masterclass in London with Padel Travel X following world No 7 Paquito Navarro’s visit in January.
