Arksen, the pioneering outdoor lifestyle brand, is offering an unforgettable, 10-day ‘Ultimate Lofoten Islands Adventure’ onboard its flagship Arksen 85 Explorer Yacht.
Guests onboard will explore the dramatic Lofoten archipelago, enjoy rugged natural landscapes, remote granite peaks, centuries-old fishing villages, and ancient Viking sites. The voyage mixes wild nature and coastal culture with immersive activities such as kayaking in crystal-clear waters, spotting orcas and sea eagles, diving, swimming, fishing, hiking, climbing, cycling. A chase boat supports kayaking, paddleboarding, and diving and an accompanying Land Rover enables land excursions.
The Arksen 85 is built to host six guests and two crew, with luxurious but practical amenities: a main salon, upper deck for navigation and relaxation, three staterooms, a study, and steam room.
The Ultimate Lofoten Islands Adventure will be led by Ben Bowley, a seasoned mariner, expedition leader and long-time Arksen Captain. Since 2022, Ben has served as Arksen’s Build and Commissioning Captain, overseeing final outfitting, sea trials and final tuning of the Arksen 85. His deep familiarity with the vessel gives him exceptional insight into its strengths and character. Ben holds a qualified MCA Master 200gt (OOW 500gt) and is a Yachtmaster Examiner; he is recognised for calm, decisive leadership and uncompromising safety standards. Ben brings operational precision, an adventurous spirit and a deep respect for nature.
