Dining taken to new heights

Raising the bar for rooftop dining, CÉ LA VI London blends modern Asian cuisine and panoramic views with a vibrant nightlife high above Paddington Square

Since opening in September 2025, CÉ LA VI London has swiftly established itself as one of the capital’s most sought-after dining destinations. Perched on the top two floors of Paddington Square, the modern Asian rooftop restaurant and bar has brought its globally celebrated energy to the city, redefining west London’s skyline with bold cuisine, immersive design, and panoramic views that stretch across the capital.

Part of an internationally acclaimed hospitality brand with iconic locations across Asia, the Middle East and beyond, CÉ LA VI is synonymous with high-impact dining, vibrant social energy and refined late-night culture. Its London outpost continues this legacy, delivering a multi-sensory experience that seamlessly blends elevated gastronomy, cutting-edge cocktails and a soundtrack of curated DJs and live performances.

At the heart of the restaurant is Executive Chef Elton Zaka, whose 19-year career spans some of the world’s most respected restaurant brands, including Sushisamba, Nobu, and Amazónico. Renowned for his creative precision and high-performance kitchens, Chef Zaka brings a confident, contemporary perspective to CÉ LA VI London’s modern Asian menu, crafting dishes that are both expressive and impeccably executed.

The menu is a celebration of flavour and finesse, from indulgent Wagyu beef gyoza with soy sesame dip and black cod croquettes finished with dynamite sauce and fresh dill, to refined sushi highlights including hamachi chutoro maki with hamachi mince, green apple, and yuzu kosho mayo, and softshell crab maki layered with spicy mayonnaise and unagi sauce. Seasonal desserts continue the journey with the aromatic vanilla and bayleaf panna cotta with curry crumble and spiced roasted pineapple.

Behind the bar, the cocktail programme mirrors the kitchen’s creativity, with bold serves such as the Sichuan Paloma, Lychee Moon, and Imperial Cosmo, complemented by an extensive, globally curated wine and sake list.

The Season of Light

Launching in October 2026, CÉ LA VI London introduces a new seasonal menu celebrating the flavours of winter, perfectly timed for the festive season and enjoyed against panoramic views of the London skyline.

Chef Zaka presents a winter menu blending modern Asian influences with global techniques, showcasing the best of the season. Highlights include roasted kabocha with black truffle, baby squid with strawberry kimchi, black cod croquettes, yellowtail sashimi, Wagyu tataki and tuna tataki, alongside signature mains including black truffle ‘sushi rice’ risotto, Wagyu beef fillet and 35-day dry-aged grass-fed rib eye served with kombu butter or black pepper sauce. A limited-edition cocktail collection complements the menu with warming spices, winter berries and aromatic botanicals.

Whether celebrating with colleagues, friends or family, CÉ LA VI London offers a memorable setting for Christmas lunches, festive dinners and end-of-year gatherings, combining exceptional dining with one of London’s most spectacular rooftop views.

The Golden Hour

Every Monday to Wednesday from 4pm to 6pm, CÉ LA VI’s rooftop transforms into an after-work escape with 2-for-1 cocktails designed for lingering conversations and skyline views. As the sun sets over West London, you can settle in with vibrant, Asian-inspired creations like the zesty Sichuan Paloma, the fresh and herbal Shiso Margarita, or the soft floral Lychee Moon, each one crafted to match the mood of the evening as it unfolds.

The incredible panoramic views at CÉ LA VI London promise to turn a simple drink into a moment worth stretching out. It’s not just the Golden Hour, it’s a transition from day to night, from routine to something a little more electric, where after-work catchups naturally drift into plans that last longer than intended.

Inspired by the energy and diversity of Southeast Asia, the space blends bold flavours, elevated design, and a sense of occasion that makes even a weekday feel like something worth dressing up for.

Sky-High Brunch

Every Saturday, Sky-High Brunch lands at CÉ LA VI London, bringing a high-energy rooftop experience to the city.

Expect 90 minutes of free-flow indulgence, elevated above the skyline. Guests can enjoy endless champagne, cocktails, wines and spirits, paired with a curated selection of signature brunch favourites crafted to keep the energy building from the very first pour.

As the skyline sets the scene, live DJs take over with house beats that rise and roll without pause, alongside special performances from dancers and immersive performers throughout the afternoon. This isn’t just brunch, it’s a high-energy rooftop experience in constant motion. The experience begins from £45 for the brunch menu, with bottomless drinks available from an additional £30 per person.

Spanning two levels, CÉ LA VI London offers distinct yet connected experiences. The 17th floor restaurant, bar and terrace transition effortlessly from refined daytime dining to sunset aperitifs and high-energy evenings, while the 18th floor delivers a more intimate atmosphere with a private dining room and Club Lounge , perfect for elevated celebrations, after-dark gatherings and skyline soirées.

Come for the views. Stay for the flavours. Return for the feeling. At CÉ LA VI London, every visit is a moment, a meeting of sky and city, spice and sophistication, rhythm and refinement.
