Víctor Gutiérrez x Roberto Sihuay: One Night Only Four Hands Dinner at LIMA Fitzrovia on 17th October 2023

On Tuesday 17th October, two of the world’s most exciting Peruvian chefs, two Michelin-starred Chef Víctor Gutiérrez of Restaurant Víctor Gutiérrez and the much-celebrated Roberto Sihuay of LIMA restaurants, are coming together to create a totally unique 8-course menu for one night only at the renowned LIMA in Fitzrovia. The one-off event begins a series of guest chef collaboration dinners at LIMA, organised to take diners on an extraordinary gastronomic journey through Latin-America and beyond.

Opened in 2012, LIMA Fitzrovia was launched with a vision to make a mark on London’s international dining scene and opened to critical acclaim as a window to Peru’s emerging gastronomy. Chef Roberto Sihuay joined the LIMA group as Culinary Director having travelled the globe, sharing his knowledge and broadening his exceptional culinary skills working in Michelin-starred kitchens around the world in cities such as Rome, Ibiza, Geneva, Nyon, Madrid and the Azores Islands.

The only Peruvian chef with 2 Michelin stars to his name, Víctor Gutiérrez has become famed and received accolades for his wholly unique and irresistible culinary creations at his self-titled restaurant in the heart of the Castilla y León region in Spain. Creating dishes which are influenced by his Spanish surroundings yet unmistakably Peruvian at heart, Gutiérrez shares Sihuay’s ethos for innovation, flavour and celebration of traditional South-American flavours and cooking techniques.

Both recognised for their artistic approach to Peruvian gastronomy, this four hands dinner is a unique opportunity to experience the creations of these two sensational chefs, all under one roof, in a truly beautiful setting in central London. The menu showcases the very best of the two chefs and will include dishes such as ‘Hamachi tiradito, avocado and huacatay tiger’s milk’, ‘Deer, salsa anticucho’ and a mouth-watering ‘Wagyu teriyaki & aji amarillo, ginger pack choi’ complemented with exclusive cocktails provided by Moët & Chandon and Santa Teresa 1796 rum.

Dinner reservations are available between 7pm and 8pm. Tickets are priced at £95 per person and include a Moët & Chandon Garden Spritz and an old fashioned from Santa Teresa 1796.
