The Althoff St. James’s Hotel & Club is a 5-star boutique hotel and club, located in the heart of Central London. The hotel is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in Mayfair. St. James’s has many notable London landmarks nearby, such as Buckingham Palace and St. James Palace, which you can go and explore during your stay here as well. However, if you fancy an alternative to sightseeing, you can do some high-end shopping in Bond Street, Jermyn Street or even the Burlington Arcade, home to luxury shopping in London.

My experience of the hotel was excellent and I truly had a wonderful time here! One example of the excellence and attention to detail at the hotel was when I was dining in their restaurant, Seven Park Place. When asked for a wine suggestion to complement my fish, they brought out a wide selection of wines to choose from. The recommendation was perfect. I was very impressed by both the extensive knowledge and outstanding service here.

The restaurant and bar were very clean and well-presented. My room was lovely and spacious, and it had many amenities which really added to our enjoyment of the stay.

Quoting their own words, “Seven Park Place Bar & Lounge is the perfect place to drink, socialise and truly immerse yourself in a casual dining and wine experience while surrounded by a chic and relaxed atmosphere.” You can enjoy an extensive English breakfast in the restaurant or the privacy and comfort of your room. The classic English afternoon tea on offer is just perfect to catch up with friends and family.

The property boasts over 60 rooms, comprised of suites and guest rooms. The suites include The Deluxe Suite, The Penthouse Suite, The St. James’s Suite and The Terrace Suite. The Penthouse Suite comes with its private rooftop terrace, while The St. James’s Suite offers unrivalled and indulgent luxury. The guest rooms on offer at the hotel are The Superior Rooms, The Deluxe Rooms, The Executive Rooms and The Family Rooms. All of these offer comfort and luxury for a relaxing stay.

My stay at the Althoff St. James’s Hotel & Club was truly exceptional. From the warm and welcoming staff to the immaculate rooms and exquisite amenities, every aspect of my experience exceeded expectations. The attention to detail and personalised service made me feel like a valued guest throughout my entire stay.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable accommodation. I look forward to returning in the future for another outstanding experience.
