Tasting Notes: Touches of vanilla and orchard fruits to begin. Before long, honey and caramel notes arrive, stirring a slight hint of pepper to turn up the volume at the back.

THE DAB (DUBLINER, APPLE & BITTERS)

35ml The Dubliner Bourbon Cask Irish Whiskey | 1 Lime Wedge | 1 Dash Angostura Bitters | Apple Juice

Add the whiskey and apple juice to a rocks glass and fill with ice. Stir gently to mix. Squeeze the lime wedge and add to the drink. Alternatively, use a highball glass for a tall drink.

50ml The Dubliner Irish Whiskey Liqueur | 25ml Lime Juice | 15ml Demerara Sugar Syrup 2:1 | 1 Dash Angostura Bitters | Mint Leaf Garnish

Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker until chilled. Garnish with a mint lightly leaf. (Gently slap the mint leaf first to release the oils and aromas). Squeeze the lime wedge and add to the drink.
