About the Daisy Green Collection:

The Daisy Green Collection brings relaxed and buzzing Australian food and coffee culture to 11 locations across central London. Open from 6am until midnight, it is a true all-day independent operator achieving quality at scale. Serving sustainably sourced, innovative Australian food cooked from scratch, it continues to receive consistent accolades for its renowned brunches and healthy offering – including, among others, London’s best bottomless brunch (Conde Nast Traveller, the Evening Standard, Time Out), best paleo restaurant (Vogue) and best vegan restaurant (Stylist).

Sites are individually designed and names with art and design at their heart. They include the Darcie and May Green barges in Paddington Basin, a 24-month project with pop art legend Sir Peter Blake that was named top of GQ’s weekend bucket list. The Collection’s flagship location, Scarlett Green, was labelled by Vogue as one of London’s best new restaurants in its opening year, and brings Bondi to London with live music and Scarlett Nights, the ever-popular bottomless dinner exclusive to the Soho site.
