The Butterfly Cannon Tequila is a new approach to tequila – the super-premium tequila is made from 100% agave and is produced in Mexico’s most awarded distillery, Destiladora del Valle de Tequila.

The Butterfly Cannon Cristalino Tequila harvests 7-8 year old agave by hand and bakes it in traditional steam ovens before being mashed, fermented and distilled. The agave distillate is aged in barrels for up to 30 days before being charcoal filtrated to produce a perfectly clear and crisp tequila. The Butterfly Cannon Cristalino Tequilais also used as the base of Butterfly Cannon’s Blue and Rosa tequilas.

40ml The Butterfly Cannon Cristalino Tequila | 20ml Orange Liqueur | 2 Lime Wedges | 2 Lemon Wedges | 1 Orange Wedge
In a cocktail shaker, muddle citrus and combine all other ingredients with ice, shake and fine strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with lime slice and rim of salt
The Butterfly Cannon Blue Tequila is infused with prickly pear, clementines and butterfly pea flower. This gives it an unusual natural blue colour which changes to pink when mixed with citruses, such as tonic or fresh lime. 50ml The Butterfly Cannon Tequila Blue | 25ml Orange Liqueur | 25ml Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice | Soda Water
Shake the Butterfly Cannon Blue Tequila, orange liqueur and fresh lime juice over ice. Strain into a rocks glass over ice and add a splash of soda water to spritz it up. Garnish with a slice of orange
The Butterfly Cannon Rosa Tequila soaks Mexican pink grapefruit and grapefruit distillate in silver tequila. A light pink liquid with sweet and tart citrus flavours layered with a rich agave taste.

25ml The Butterfly Cannon Rosa Tequila | 75ml Tonic
Mix the Butterfly Cannon Rosa Tequila and tonic. Serve over ice in a high ball glass with a sprig of rosemary and a slice of pink grapefruit.
