The Best Vodkas and Gins This Autumn
With Autumn fast approaching, here are the best Gin and Vodkas to add to your bar cart moving into the colder months. Jaisalmer Indian Craft Gin Negroni
20ml Jaisalmer Indian Craft Gin | 25ml Sweet Vermouth | 25ml Campari | Garish Orange Peel Twist
Add Jaisalmer Indian Craft Gin, Sweet Vermouth and Campari. Stir all the ingredients over ice in a rocks glass for around 20 seconds, until chilled. Top with ice and garnish with an orange peel twist.

Mermaid Vodka Pine and Cranberry Buck
30ml Mermaid Salt Vodka | 10ml Pine Syrup | 5ml Lemon Juice | Top up with Ginger Ale | Cranberries
Build into a glass with ice, top up with Ginger Ale and garnish. Garnish with cranberries and a sprig of pine.

Aviation Gin Blackberry G&T
42ml Aviation American Gin | 15ml Blackberry Liqueur | 85ml Tonic Water | Blackberries | Mint Sprig
Pour Aviation Gin and Blackberry Liqueur into glass filled with Ice and top with Tonic Water. Gently stir and garnish with Blackberries and Mint Sprig.

Mermaid Pink Gin Bramble
50ml Mermaid Pink Gin | 25ml Lemon Juice | 10ml Sugar Syrup | 10ml Crème De Mûre.
Shake the first three ingredients with ice and strain into a glass filled with crushed ice. Top with more crushed ice and drizzle over the Crème De Mûre. Garnish with a blackberry and lemon slice.

Cotswold Gin
50ml Cotswolds Dry Gin | 25ml Lime Juice | 12.5ml Sugar Syrup | 12.5ml Crème De Mûre
Place gin, lime & sugar into an ice-filled shaker, shake and strain into an old fashioned glass filled with crushed ice. Drizzle Crème De Mûre through the ice. Garnish with fresh blackberries and a wedge of lime.

A new super-premium gin from Scotland launched to consumers in this week. Taking its name from Tulchan Estate in Scotland, Tulchan™ Gin is a small batch gin distilled in Speyside, with flavours inspired by the terroir of the Estate located on the banks of the River Spey. Born on one of the most admired estates in Scotland Tulchan™ Gin is inspired by its natural surrounds with botanicals including sloe berries, elderflower and blackberry leaves which are found on Tulchan Estate. One unusual botanical including sloe berries, elderflower and blackberry leaves which are found on Tulchan Gin is asparagus, which provides the gin with a bitter edge and long finish. The distillation takes place in Speyside using the Estate’s recipe.
