Cotswolds Single Malt Whiskey – The Devil’s Share
45ml Cotswolds Single Malt Whisky | 25ml Lemon Juice | 15ml Cotswolds Amaro | 15ml Honey Syrup | 7.5 ml Red Wine
Place all ingredients except the red wine into an ice filled cocktail shaker. Shake and strain into an ice filled rocks glass. Drizzle red wine over the cocktail and ice to create a ‘bleeding’ effect in the glass.
Cut Spiced Rum – Violets Kill
40ml Cut Spiced Rum | 15ml Crème de Violette | 25ml Lime Juice | 10ml Sugar Syrup | Egg White
Dry shake and then shake again with ice. Double strain into a Coupe glass and garnish with two raspberries.
Cazcabel Honey Tequila – Witch Doctor
20ml Honey Cazcabel | 20ml Peaty Whisky | 20ml Pineapple Juice | 25ml Lime Juice | 15ml Orgeat Syrup | 2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
Shake all ingredients and strain into a chilled Nick and Nora glass. Garnish with a dried orange wheel and a sprig of fresh rosemary.
Hotel STARLINO Orange – Orange Spritz
1 Part STARLINO Orange | 1 Part Sparkling Wine | 1 Part Soda Water | Garnish – Slice of Orange
Add ice to a long stem glass followed by Hotel STARLINO Orange. Top up with sparkling wine and soda and garnish with a slice of orange.

J&B Rare – Halloween Bobby Burns
50ml J&B Rare | 25ml Sweet Vermouth | 5ml Benedictine | 2 Dashes of Peychaud Bitters
Add ice to a cocktail shaker. Pour in J&B Rare, Vermouth, Benedictine and two dashes of Peychaud Bitters. Stir together and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a fresh lemon peel twist.
Spirited Union Sweet Orange & Ginger Rum – Sweet Orange Pitcher
160ml Spirited Union Sweet Orange & Ginger Rum | 120ml Fresh Lemon Juice | 80ml Ginger Syrup | 240ml Sparkling Water | Garnish – Orange Slices
Add together in a pitcher, Spirited Union Sweet Orange and Ginger Rum, fresh lemon juice, ginger syrup and sparkling water. Add ice and stir together. Garnish with a few oranges and serve in glasses over more fresh ice.
The Gladstone Axe Whiskies – Drop of Blood
75ml The Gladstone Axe (American Oak / Black Axe Whisky) | 12ml Hotel STARLINO Maraschino Cherry Juice (to taste) | 50ml Club Soda (to fill) | Garnish – Hotel STARLINO Cherry
Pour your Gladstone Axe over ice into a tall glass and add a sweet kick with the Hotel STARLINO Cherry juice. Top up the glass with Club Soda and garnish with a Hotel STARLINO Maraschino Cherry.
High Point Amber Digestif – Lowball
1 Part High Point Amber Digestif | 4 Parts Ginger Ale
Pour over ice and add a slice of orange to garnish.
FLUÈRE Spiced Cane – Smokey Robinson
45ml FLUÈRE Spiced Cane | 55ml Coconut Cream | 30ml Fresh Lemon Juice | 10ml Elderflower Syrup | 1 Egg White | 15ml Soda
Make a nest of straw in a ceramic bowl and place a rounded glass in the nest. FLUÈRE Spiced Cane, coconut cream, fresh lemon juice, elderflower syrup, egg white and soda to a shaker and shake. Add ice and shake again and double strain into a glass. Garnish with cinnamon and flower petals.
