Sourced from two of the most prestigious distilleries in the world, the blend contains a three year old 100% Pot Still rum from the Worthy Park Distillery, Jamaica combined with a 5-year old 100% Column Still rum from the Foursquare Distillery, Barbados.

Porta 6 Red Vinho Regional Lisboa
Porta 6 Red is a blend of 50% Aragonês, 40% Castelão and 10% Touriga Nacional grapes. Porta 6 Red is complex, with red and wild berries and hints of nuts. It has a soft mouthfeel with a medium finish, making it the perfect pairing for meat, roasts and pastas to name a few.

Cotswolds Dry Gin
Cotswolds Dry Gin is a full strength gin (46% ABV) blended with nine different botanicals, including local lavender from nearby Snowshill and freshly-peeled pink grapefruit and lime zest. It is non-chill filtered so the oils are retained in the gin, causing a pearlescent cloud to appear when ice and tonic are added, creating the unique ‘Cloudy G&T.’

Aviation Gin
Aviation Gin is a small batch, distilled, American Gin, co-owned by Hollywood Actor Ryan Reynolds. Aviation American Gin takes its name from the well-known Aviation cocktail, a simple blend of gin, maraschino liqueur and freshly squeezed lemon juice.

Mermaid Gin
Mermaid Gin is a small batch, beach to bottle London Dry Gin with a hint of sea air. Hand-crafted on the Isle of Wight, Mermaid Gin delivers a smooth yet complex blend of fresh organic lemon zest and peppery grains of paradise, with a hint of sea air from locally foraged, fragrant rock samphire, known as “Mermaid Kiss.” This aromatic succulent clings to the cliffs surrounding the Isle of Wight and marks the high tide line on its beaches. Like a kiss of the mythical mermaid, saving sailors lost at sea, the rock samphire was a signal that shipwrecked sailors and smugglers were safe from the raging seas. Other botanicals include handpicked elderflower from local fields and Boadicea hops harvested from Ventnor Botanic Gardens along with English coriander, angelic root, liquorice root, juniper and orris root. Cotswolds Signature Single Malt Whisky
