Spritz your way into Spring at Bluebird Chelsea with Penhaligons X Fever-Tree
Celebrate the changing of seasons with a limited-edition menu and floral installation
This April, Bluebird Chelsea is partnering with two iconic British brands to mark the beginning of Spring with a Penhaligons x Fever-Tree takeover.
Arriving on Thursday 13th April, Bluebird’s upstairs bar will transform into a floral haven, embodying the spirit of springtime with an abundance of florals and botanicals that dreamily represent the synergy between the blooming nature of the three British brands.
Guests can choose from a limited-edition menu, where they will be invited for a fragrance profiling in- house upon purchasing a cocktail. Surrounding the four Penhaligon fragrances, each serving vibrant and seasonal British-inspired flavours, featuring a range of Fever-Tree’s flavoured sodas and tonics. The cocktails are to be enjoyed throughout the restaurant in the bar and on Bluebird’s terrace, and these will include:
– Elisabethan Rose Spritz
– The Favourite Paloma
– The Juniper Sling G&T
– Highgrove Bouquet Spritz (named after King Charles III private residence)
Each cocktail will reflect the unique and bespoke flavour profile of the Penhaligon fragrance and take inspiration from the botanicals used in Fever-Tree mixers. The Highgrove Bouquet Spritz will be reminiscent of the odour of blossoming weeping silved lime, as it evokes Highgrove Garden’s floral notes and scents. Guests will be taken on a journey of the senses through each sip of the limited edition cocktail menu.
As an extra touch, guests will be invited to receive their very own, bespoke fragrance profiling. Identify your personality and mood, and each visitor will receive a personalised pairing recommendation on which cocktail and fragrance is best suited for them, embodying a tailor-made and memorable experience.
Throughout April, guests are also treated to Bluebird’s Spring Afternoon G&Tea in partnership with Fever Tree. At £32 per person, begin with a selection of sandwiches from Rare breed hen egg, mustard cress & truffle to Scottish smoked salmon & cream cheese. To follow, there are warm Scones, Easter BonBons, Mini Hot Cross Buns and Mango, Passion Fruit Easter Egg Macaroons with pistachio, with the choice of various tea-infused, gin-based cocktails with Fever-Tree sodas and tonics, ideal for a boozy Afternoon Tea.
The Penhaligons X Fever Tree collaboration at Bluebird Chelsea is limited-edition and will be available from April – May as a Spring exclusive in the bar and on the terrace.
