- 50ml Spirited Union Pink Grapefruit & Rose
- Add 30ml fresh lemon juice, 15ml Grenadine, 5ml sugar syrup.
- Shake Spirited Union Pink Grapefruit & Rose Rum, fresh lemon juice, grenadine and sugar syrup in a shaker filled with ice
- Strain into a glass with crushed ice, top with soda water and garnish with a mint sprig
