Qatar Boat Show Returns in 2025: Bigger, Bolder, and Anchored in Innovation

The shimmering coastline of Doha is once again preparing to welcome the world’s maritime enthusiasts. Set against the iconic backdrop of Old Doha Port, the Qatar Boat Show will return for its highly anticipated second edition from November 5 to 8, 2025. Following a record-breaking inaugural edition in 2024, this year’s show promises to deliver even more excitement, luxury, and innovation.

Last year’s debut firmly established Qatar as a rising force in the global maritime scene. The event drew 23,500 visitors from over 90 countries, featured 495 brands across 250,000 square meters, and showcased 74 vessels, including 20 world premieres and 22 regional debuts. From established industry players to boutique yacht builders, the turnout was nothing short of historic, it was the largest inaugural boat show ever held globally, setting new standards in size, participation, and ambition. Adding to its prestige, the 2024 edition was the first time seven Superyacht Builders Association (SYBAss) members exhibited at an inaugural event, a milestone that highlighted Qatar’s growing credibility as a hub for ultra-luxury yachting.

“Qatar Boat Show 2024 exceeded even our boldest expectations,” said Mohamed Abdulla Al-Mulla, CEO of Old Doha Port and Chairman of the Organising Committee of Qatar Boat Show. “For 2025, we’re building on that momentum with new global partnerships, expanded marine showcases, and an even more immersive experience for both professionals and enthusiasts.”

The show is not just a trade fair; it’s a celebration of Qatar’s maritime heritage and future-facing ambition. Attendees can expect an electric atmosphere along the waterfront: live jet ski stunts, nighttime paddleboarding, and firework displays will animate the harbor, while a floating café provide Instagram-worthy moments at every turn.

Held at Qatar’s premier marina, Old Doha Port offers unmatched infrastructure including over 450 berths, Qatar’s largest superyacht dock, full-service customs, and around-the-clock security. The Port also reflects Qatar National Vision 2030, by serving as a year-round tourism destination, offering vibrant cultural programming, authentic maritime experiences, and world-class facilities.

More than just a venue, Old Doha Port is a destination in its own right. Once a historic trade harbor, it has transformed into a vibrant hub blending culture, commerce, and coastal living. Whether it’s the colourful facades of Mina District, curated art installations, or its position as the maritime gateway to Qatar, the Port is redefining seafront tourism.

With the 2025 edition on the horizon, the Qatar Boat Show is charting a bold course, cementing its place as the premier yachting event in the region, and a must-attend showcase for anyone passionate about life at sea.

Stay tuned as Qatar once again sets sail for a future of luxury, maritime innovation, and unforgettable experiences.
