The Butterfly Cannon Rosa Tequila is a new approach to tequila – the super premium tequila is made from 100% agave and is produced in Mexico’s most awarded distillery, Destiladora del Valle de Tequila. Pinkster Gin Jam uses gin-soaked raspberries left over from making Pinkster. This mildly alcoholic jam is ideal for putting the tipple in your teatime or for something slightly stronger, such as our moreish Gin ‘n’ Jam cocktail. The bulk of raspberries used in producing Pinkster are recycled as Boozy Berries. The raspberries that don’t make the cut, because they’re rather too mashed, are now being used for Gin Jam. Domaine du Météore Le Météore Rosé

Meteoric wine producer, Domaine du Météore, has launched an organic rosé from its vineyard in Languedoc. Domaine du Météore takes its name from the 200 meter-wide meteorite crater, which struck a hillside in southern France over ten thousand years ago, resulting in a wine from another dimension.  Le Météore is a pale, organic AOP Faugères rosé with a slight rose flower tinge, made from grapes grown within and around the crater. RRP: £15.50. Le Cratère Sparkling Rosé

Le Cratère is an organic ‘methode champenoise’ sparkling rosé wine made in limited quantities (970 bottles) from Syrah grapes, which are all grown inside the 200-metre-wide meteorite crater from which Domaine du Météore takes its name. Domaine du Météore have partnered with Birding Languedoc who have given their advice on the design of the wooden gift cartons for Le Cratère, making sure they can be upcycled as bird boxes to encourage nesting.
