This winter, the May Fair Bar is proud to present Belvedere + Ice, an exclusive collaboration with Belvedere, the world’s first super-premium vodka, to transform the iconic space into a dark and dramatic winterscape in the heart of Mayfair. Serving a unique selection of bespoke cocktails alongside a refined menu of contemporary pan-Asian cuisine, Belvedere + Ice will offer an exclusive and luxurious escape from the winter chill, from Tuesday 12th November to Tuesday 31st December. The opulent concept will join together these two iconic brands in a 7-week residency that brings to life the icy landscape of the Belvedere bottle, with blue and white accented forestry and frosted detail adorning the May Fair Bar’s chic, cosmopolitan interiors.
Guests can anticipate the ultimate in laid-back luxury, from brunch to bottle service, set against the soundtrack of May Fair Bar’s resident DJ’s playing late into the night. Taking centre stage at the bar will be the Belvedere + Ice – the ultimate in cocktail luxury, elevating the Champagne cocktail to new heights and priced at £300:

The Belvedere + Ice combines Richard Hennessy – one of the world’s finest and most prestigious cognacs, an incredible blend of over 100 finest quality eaux-de-vie, a number of which date back to the 1800’s, and named for the founder of Hennessy cognac – with Dom Pérignon Brut Vintage 2009, Madagascan Vanilla-infused Belvedere Unfiltered vodka and a gold leaf garnish, the Belvedere + Ice, exclusive to May Fair Bar, promises to be this Christmas’ most unique and extravagant drink.
This will be joined by five other bespoke vodka-based cocktails that showcase the versatility and creativity of the Belvedere range:
Rosé Negroni – Belvedere Single Estate Rye Smogóry Forest vodka, Mirto Bianco, Mancino Secco & smoked aromatic Campari (£14)
Old Fashioned Blanc – Belvedere Single Estate Rye Smogóry Forest vodka, Lake Bartezek vodka, Mezcal Verde, oak smoke & whisky barrel-aged bitters (£18)
Jasmine & Fig Sour – Jasmine-infused Belvedere Single Estate Rye Smogóry Forest vodka, fig liqueur, clear lemon, egg white & molasses bitters (£14)
Ice Melon Martini – Coconut-washed Belvedere Single Estate Rye Lake Bartezek vodka, white melon cordial & grapefruit bitters (£14)
The Socialite – Belvedere pink grapefruit vodka, passion fruit liqueur, Campari, pomegranate juice, mandarin & mint (£14)
From 12pm until 4pm, Belvedere + Ice will also serve an indulgent brunch menu, uniting classic breakfast and lunch dishes with indulgent Asian inspired small plates and salads. Highlights of the menu include:

From 5pm, the Bar & Late Menu will offer guests a unique and contemporary pan-Asian menu showcasing the best ingredients in indulgent dishes until 11pm (9.30pm on Sunday). Split into five sumptuous sections – Sashimi, Bao Buns, Robata Skewers, Classics & Sliders. Dishes include:
Tuna, salmon, yellowtail & sea bass sashimi selection with wasabi & soy
A4 wagyu beef fillet Bao Buns with crispy melting Gorgonzola cheese & chili habanero sauce
Chicken truffle teriyaki Robata skewers
Lemon butter & sea salt edamame (v)
Prawn & coriander slider with habanero mayo
The Belvedere + Ice Experience offers an enhanced package for guests who book in advance, including a table reservation for two, four or eight guests, sashimi selection, Robata skewers and a variety of drinks packages from £110 for two people. Guests looking for the ultimate May Fair night out can reserve a private booth for up to 15 guests which also includes two magnums of Belvedere with mixers, three bottles of Laurent-Perrier Rose Champagne alongside still and sparkling water for £1,500.
Belvedere + Ice will be open from 8am daily, serving a delightful breakfast menu, from light, seasonal dishes such as Fresh Berries with Greek yoghurt and Manuka honey to the traditional May Fair breakfast with scrambled eggs, toasted ciabatta bread with crispy pancetta, chorizo sausage and hollandaise sauce. Coffees, teas, juices and smoothies will be served as well as freshly baked pastry baskets and signature cinnamon French toast.
