Adam Handling Chocolate Shop marks National Chocolate Week with a Limited Edition ‘Foraged Collection’
Grafted | Single Variety | Hand Painted

To celebrate the return of National Chocolate Week (13–19 October 2025), the Adam Handling Chocolate Shop in Covent Garden is launching a limited-edition box of four delicious hand-made chocolates, The Foraged Collection, created by Chef Adam Handling MBE and Head Chocolatier Paul Stradling. Each chocolate in the collection is crafted using foraged local ingredients and designs to represent the locations of Adam’s restaurants and pubs from London to Windsor to Cornwall.
The Foraged Collection flavours are Woodruff Hazelnut; Cherry, Meadowsweet & Almond; Wild Chamomile & Peanut, and Gorse & Coconut. “These aren’t just chocolates – they’re little edible stories about the places we love and the way we cook,” said Chef Adam Handling MBE. “We’ve always focused on sustainability and using what nature gives us, so it made total sense to forage the ingredients and design the chocolates around our locations. Paul’s done an incredible job making them both delicious and meaningful.”
Paul Stradling added: “Each chocolate flavour reflects a different landscape, from coastal Cornwall to the parks and gardens around our London and Windsor sites. And we’ve created designs for four of our sites, a frog for Frog by Adam Handling; a key for The Loch & the Tyne; a fox for Tartan Fox, and a butterfly for Ugly Butterfly 2.0. We wanted to create something really special that ties flavour and design to place.”

The Foraged Collection will be available for one week only – from 14 to 19 October – exclusively in-store at the Adam Handling Chocolate Shop and online for national delivery at https://www.adamhandlingchocolate.co.uk/our-online-shop.
