Currently Hovarda, Soho’s most vibrant Aegean restaurant are running a brand-new brunch every Saturday which launched in November. Each Saturday from 12-5pm, guests will be introduced to their fun style of brunch in London, honouring the Aegean style of dining.
Hovarda’s Saturday Brunch is ideal for both time-pressed weekend shoppers looking for a pit stop or for groups of friends and family looking to linger over an indulgent meal. The enticing A La Carte menu includes Hovarda’s twists on brunch classics: Shakshuka – baked eggs, spicy tomato and red pepper sauce, yoghurt to their Prawn Saganaki Pill Pill with garlic, paprika butter and sofrito sauce or the Tempura Poached Eggs with wild mushrooms, perigeux sauce & dill oil.
Their famous Saganaki drenched in truffle honey topped in basil remains a must, whilst more traditional brunch-goers can also choose between Eggs Benedict, Florentine and Royale or French Toast with levantine spiced sugar and custard ice cream. To top the brunch off, Hovarda have created bespoke breakfast cocktails, including a Bloody Mykonos and Hovarda Mule to ensure the weekend kicks off in the most stylish way possible.
