This festive season, the Adam Handling Collection is delivering extraordinary Christmas experiences across its award-winning restaurants and bars in London, Windsor and Cornwall. For an enchanting festive celebration in London, step into Adam’s Michelin-starred restaurant Frog, in the heart of Covent Garden, for an experience that champions the very best produce from the British Isles. The 8-course December tasting menu, priced at £195pp, includes a celebratory selection of signature Snacks, the iconic ‘Bread, chicken butter’, ‘Crab, lemongrass’ and ‘Chestnut, chocolate, artichoke’ amongst others, alongside luxurious optional extras like ‘Lobster, wagyu, caviar’ for £40. All courses can be matched with incredible wine pairings selected by the restaurant’s award-winning sommeliers.


The restaurant can accommodate up to 40 guests and is available for private hire, upon request, or up to 80 guests for stand-up bowl food. Or, for a more intimate celebration, Frog’s private dining room – The Library – has space for up to 12. Guests can then continue the party by heading down to Eve Bar, just below the restaurant, which has an exclusive area for 12 people, perfect for private hire. Eve will be offering festive cocktails like ‘Gingerbread Flip’, with Dark Rum, Eve Lab gingerbread liqueur, PX Sherry, egg yolk, and ‘Merry & Bright’ with London dry Gin, cranberry & orange shrub, Aperol, AH Own Label, London Essence soda. The Loch & the Tyne
OLD WINDSOR, BERKSHIRE
The Loch & the Tyne is offering a relaxing escape from the city, perfect for families and friends to come and enjoy sustainable British luxury in the frost-tipped countryside of Old Windsor. The pub has a Private Dining Room which seats 12 guests and suites for overnight stays, available for 2-4 guests, including a master suite with a free-standing bathtub and indulgent breakfast.
The festive a la carte menu will be available throughout December, with guests invited to tuck into a traditional ‘Stuffed turkey, all the trimmings’ as well as delicious dishes such as ‘Beef feather blade, red wine, roast garlic mash’. The pub’s guest favourite trifle will, of course, be included on the dessert menu, alongside a ‘Christmas pudding, brandy parfait’ and ‘Bailey’s coffee Yule log’.

On 29th November and 6th December The Loch & the Tyne’s veranda will be transformed into a festive wonderland, hosting charming Christmas Markets filled with local crafts, seasonal treats, and holiday cheer, running from 12-5pm each day, weather depending. The pub will also host a luxury wreath making class on 1st December at 6pm. Priced at £250, the event will also include a 5-course menu and wine pairing, bookable via reservations@lochandtyne.com – there will only be 15 spaces available for this one so book quickly to avoid disappointment!
For Christmas Day itself, The Loch & the Tyne is offering a 3-course menu, including ‘Lobster & fennel soup’ and main courses of ‘Turkey with celeriac, apple, dates, English truffle’, ‘Beef Wellington, creamed horseradish, ‘Heritage carrot Wellington’ or ‘Day boat fish’, all of which are served with sharing sides of ‘Thyme & garlic potatoes, spiced red cabbage, honey carrots & parsnips, crispy chilli sprouts and pigs in blankets’.
A selection of desserts, including ‘Mulled wine, Pandan cake, cinnamon cream’ will be served before the festivities continue, with help from a free-flowing Cheese and Port Station for £150pp

The newest addition to the Adam Handling Collection is Ugly Butterly 2.0. Located on the cliffs of Fistral beach, guests can take in the dramatic, crashing waves in the tranquil setting of this luxurious restaurant. With the option to choose your own dishes on their 4x 4 menu, enjoy an Afternoon Tea, or experience the signature tasting menu, Ugly Butterfly is all about romance, theatre and celebrating the best of the South West larder, with something for everyone.
For Christmas celebrations, the restaurant and bar can host up to 60 guests for a sit-down meal or up to 150 standing guests. For a relaxed and luxurious festive afternoon tea like no other, Ugly Butterfly is offering an experience served in four courses, kicked off with the Collection’s Snacks, before diving into ‘Roast turkey & cranberry’ sandwiches, a ‘Hog’s pudding sausage roll’, ‘Roast apple & blackberry crumble’ and a selection of Cornish scones, served with Rodda’s clotted cream and Kea Plum jam from the fields of Tregothnan, the birthplace of British tea. The menu will be available 2nd December- 1st January and is priced at £50pp, or £60pp when adding bubbles.
To get a taste of the local surroundings, the £175pp Christmas Day menu will offer dishes to choose from such as ‘Crab, red pepper, lemongrass’, ‘Chicken liver parfait, black truffle, gingerbread’ and ‘Roast duck, blackberries, liver, pine’. They will be sure to convert even the toughest of Christmas Pudding Scrooges, with their take on the classic dish: ‘Ice cold’ chocolate Christmas pudding’. All of these can be enjoyed with a glass of Chef Adam’s Champagne of choice, Krug, offered at a special reduced price.

For guests searching for a cosy retreat in the Cornish countryside, The Tartan Fox is welcoming in diners to its luxury British pub setting – complete with roaring fireplaces and mulled wine and cider. Perfect for families and groups of friends to celebrate the festive season in a relaxed environment, diners can snuggle up in the pub’s winter garden, while toasting some marshmallows on their open fire or enjoying delicious food and drink inside.
Tucked away in the Fox’s den, diners can expect dishes, such as a rich ‘Beef and Ale suet pudding, pickled red cabbage, champ’, ‘Roast cod, wild mushrooms, tarragon’ and ‘Game pigeon, celeriac, pickled blackberries’, alongside seasonal sides, and a ‘Warm mince pie tart, Brandy ice cream’ or ‘Torched Keltic Gold, ginger cake, honey’ for dessert.
The Tartan Fox will also be inviting guests into their luxury barn for a wreath making workshop, complete with sparkling wine and cheese doughnuts, on 5th December for £65pp, in collaboration with local florist Hayley Scott Blooms (tickets available here) and, to further embrace the magic of the season, they will host a Christmas Market on 14th December, featuring artisan stalls and festive food, for a day filled with winter warmth and merriment.

For another fun celebration in the lead up to the big day, head into the pub’s romantic barn, lit up with fairy lights, candles and a roaring fire, for their festive feasting banquet – which will be taking place on 18th December, with sharing sides, mains and sweets. The pub’s barn, tipi and private dining spaces are also available for hire seven days a week, with standing bowl food for up to 100 guests, and sit-down dinners for up to 65 guests.
For those joining on Christmas Day, a selection of favourite snacks and starters will be served, including ‘Pork scratchings, lemon, fennel’, before tucking into a choice of mains with all the trimmings, with ingredients straight from the pub’s kitchen garden. For a sweet end to the meal, guests can choose from a selection of desserts but should be careful to save room for the ‘Free-flowing cheese and Port station’ at the end of the feast.
