Costa Navarino expands its residential portfolio with the new neighbourhood, Valley Greens
Costa Navarino expands its residential portfolio available for sale and introduces a new neighbourhood. Valley Greens is located in the Navarino Dunes area, amidst one of the most pristine and privileged beachfront locations in the Mediterranean.
The new neighbourhood -part of the Costa Navarino Residences portfolio- will feature three different types of turn-key villas: semi-detached ranging from 1,453 to 2,691 sq. ft. with two-three bedrooms, and detached villas from 3,229 sq. ft. with four bedrooms, with many villas featuring private pools. The villas afford spectacular vistas of the olive groves, the lush Messinian flora, and the Ionian Sea. The properties are now available for sale, with construction due for completion in 2026.
The new properties are designed by the Greek architectural offices Kokkinou & Kourkoulas Architects and Zoumboulakis Architects. The villas follow the sustainable development guidelines of Costa Navarino and are based on bioclimatic architecture principles, featuring planted roofs, smart home automation systems, and energy saving technology.
The owners will benefit from a wide range of services, including property and facility management, rental services and privileged access to the facilities at Costa Navarino. Owners can also enjoy a multitude of sports and cultural activities and authentic experiences, high-end gastronomy, signature golf courses, a 1km-long sandy beach, all contributing to a unique and carefree living experience. The easy year-round accessibility, the safety of a gated resort, and the low building footprint that ensures ample space and privacy are just some of the characteristics of Costa Navarino Residences.
Valley Greens expands the portfolio of Costa Navarino Residences, which comprises of the Sea Dunes, Olive Grove and Rolling Greens neighbourhood offering custom and turn-key villas. Even after the completion of all residential neighbourhoods within Navarino Dunes, coverage will not exceed 10% of the total land area of 130 hectares.
The neighbourhood is further strengthening the Costa Navarino proposition as a sustainably driven destination where people choose to live, enhanced by a unique ecosystem of activities, experiences, and facilities.
