Guests can expect a variety of cocktails including: The Fig Leaf Colada: a twist on a traditional Piña Colada with Parafante Figleaf Liqueur, a north London-based liquorificio, which takes the place of coconut, and chamomile of pineapple providing the essence of the flavour. Christina’s Bloody Mary is a vegan take on the brunch classic, including a hot sauce created in-house, Silver Circle Black Garlic Vodka distilled in England in small batches and a mushroom garum in place of Worcestershire sauce. The Coastal Margarita also features-a riff on the original taking inspiration from the British coast and utilising acids from sustainable sources such as verjus instead of citrus fruits. Other highlights of the menu include the Wild Apple Spritz, Rosehip Cosmo and Alexander Seed Negroni.

Head Bartender Kevin Price Houghton says: ‘I’m proud to be a part of a team that has created an offering that champions British ingredients and producers – from fig leaf liqueur to mushroom garum, we are proud to support local suppliers and introduce our guests to the lesser known native ingredients sourced right on our doorstep.

We take pride in our interest in being more mindful with where we source our ingredients too, as they are foraged from our local landscape in a responsible way.

The team have curated a list of local artisans and small batch producers who supply ingredients for their menu, such as East London Liquor Company and Ostara Vermouth who specialise in wild botanicals such as meadow sweet and hawthorn, the local East London Liquor Company, Peckham based award-winning Kanpai Sake and Northumberland based Hepple Gin. Other British suppliers on offer range from Ardbeg Wee Beastie, to Aperitivo Co. Reus Vermouth and Howl & Loer Hogweed Seed Botanical Spirit amongst many others.
