Curated by Head Chef Marc Hardiman especially for the occasion, menu highlights include London cure smoked salmon with soured cream, seaweed & radish, Saddle of West Country lamb with wild garlic & morel stuffing, purple sprouting broccoli, brown butter & lamb sauce, Gariguette strawberries with Tahitan vanilla panna cotta and Valrhona chocolate tart with sea salt and blood orange sorbet.
