Cotswolds Single Malt Whisky Old Fashioned

60ml Cotswolds Single Malt Whisky | 10ml maple syrup | 2 x dashes aromatic bitters

Dissolve the whisky and maple syrup in a cocktail jar or glass. Add ice and stir continuously for dilution. Add the bitters, more ice and stir a few more times. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass and express orange peel around the glass. Garnish with the orange peel and serve

Cotswolds Wintertime Love

45ml Cotswolds Distillery Single Malt Whisky | 15ml Amaro No. 1 | 15ml lemon juice| 15ml cranberry juice | x2 dashes grapefruit bitters

Place all ingredients into an ice filled shaker, shake, and strain into a chilled coupe / martini glass. Garnish with dehydrated orange / star anise

50ml Cotswolds Distillery Wildflower No.1 | 25ml Lemon Juice | 15ml Honey Syrup (2 honey: 1 water) | Rosemary Sprig | 2 cloves | Ginger Beer

Muddle clove & rosemary in shaker tin, add WFG/honey/lemon, ice, shake & strain into an iced Copa glass & top up with ginger beer. Garnish with dehydrated orange & rosemary sprig
