With notes of fig, quince, date, pineapple and pumpkin, together with hints of cinnamon, vanilla and clove, this silky liquid is the result of an aging process in new Eastern European and American oak barrels for at least three years, before undergoing a proprietary filtration process, using activated charcoal to strip the colour resulting in a perfectly clear, rule-defying Cristalino while keeping the complexity and elegance of the aromas.
