Duppy Share Teams up with Celebrity Chef Ainsley Harriott and Sly Augustin from Trailer Happiness

Ahead of a ‘Summer of Rum’ Duppy Share, the UK’s leading premium rum brand has paired up with one of the UK’s favourite TV chefs, Ainsley Harriott, to create a series of authentic food recipes paired with Duppy Share cocktails – all inspired by the flavours of the Caribbean.

As part of the Pairing is Sharing campaign launched by Duppy Share Rum, Ainsley has created a range of inspired Caribbean recipes that pair perfectly with Duppy Share Rum cocktails and can be recreated at home to share with friends and family. 

Ainsley’s cooking is all about bringing people together and he says: “Caribbean food always brings you sunshine on a plate and a gorgeous rum cocktail brings you sunshine in a glass – that’s why I’m so delighted to team up with my friends at Duppy Share to help create the fantastic Pairing Is Sharing experience. Sly Augustin, owner of world-famous Portobello Road rum bar Trailer Happiness, has developed three Duppy Share cocktails that match perfectly with Ainsley’s dishes.

The team at Duppy Share has created a bespoke Duppy Share Ainsley Harriott Kit available to purchase from the Duppy Share online shop. The kit includes taster bottles of all rums featured as well as recipe cards and more. £1 from every order on the Duppy Share online shop, including the Ainsley Harriott Kit, is donated to the Alpha Boys Music School in Jamaica which Ainsley’s Dad attended.
