Sabine launches a Festive Christmas Menu for seasonal indulgence and rooftop winter cheer

Sabine, one of the capital’s most alluring rooftop bars, is embracing the turn of the seasons in style with the launch of their Christmas Menu – inviting guests to celebrate the most delicious time of the year with skyline views, festive flavours, and City sparkle.

Whether it’s a long lunch with colleagues or a cosy evening gathering, guests can indulge in a menu that blends seasonal tradition with Sabine’s signature contemporary touch. With its recent refurbishment, Sabine is a welcoming sanctuary renowned for its sun-kissed summer evenings, and the bar’s reimagined layout, with intimate indoor spaces and the heated terrace, make it equally perfect for a winter visit. Starters range from Nikka Cured Salmon with yuzu, wasabi cracker, and caviar, to Ham Hock & Mustard Terrine with piccalilli and sourdough crisp, or a plant-based Grilled Tofu with edamame beans, black rice and chimichurri. Mains include Poached Cod Fillet with seaweed beurre blanc, Rolled Turkey Breast wrapped in Parma Ham with all the trimmings, or Pumpkin Gnocchi with cashew and sundried tomato pesto. To end, desserts include Spiced Rum and Dried Fruit Truffles, Matcha Tea Crème Brûlée, or Warm Sticky Date Pudding.
