Master Distiller
Joanne Moore, the world’s first female Gin Master Distiller, is celebrating her 10th Anniversary as Greenall’s Master Distiller this year. Joanne uses the same eight unique botanicals that Thomas Dakin used in 1761 to produce a classic London Dry gin with rounded juniper notes balanced with fresh and punchy citrus and spice.

The Distillery
Greenall’s The Original London Dry Gin takes its name from the Greenall family who bought the Cheshire distillery in the 1800s. Greenall’s continues to be distilled in Warrington by G& J Distillers (formerly G&J Greenall) using traditional copper pot stills and hand-selected botanicals. G&J Distillers is owned by The Quintessential Brands Group.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Rounded juniper notes and mature citrus flavours, which are fresh and punchy; finishing with woody, earthy aromas and warm spice.
Taste: Silky smooth opening that develops into rich camphor and citrus taste with underlying eastern spice.
Finish: A lasting finish with delicate bitterness and residual sweetness.

50ml Greenall’s The Original London Dry Gin 100ml high quality tonic water
2 wedges of fresh lime
Fill a tall glass with ice, squeeze one of the wedges of lime over the ice, pour in the Greenall’s Gin and top up with tonic water. Garnish with the second lime wedge.
